PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES
I ,LaughLikeNos, will provide the client with high-quality photos to the best of my ability. You, the client, agree that “quality” is subjective and therefore agree to the quality of artistic liberty of the artist/photographer based on examples given previously. All additional edits will have a fee unless discussed.I will provide the client with edited photos via drop box link or files within telegram within 2 weeks of photoshoot.I will NOT do NSFW photography. If the client would like to shoot with a suit used for NSFW content, please communicate with me, the photographer, beforehand.I have the right to deny service and/or any request not agreed upon for any reason. I, the photographer, am not obligated to explain or elaborate on any denial.PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIALS AND COPYRIGHTAll photographs, such as originals and edited, are exclusive property of LaughLikeNos. All images created may be used for, portfolio, samples, advertising, art/photography books, and self-promotion. Usage outside of that will require client's consent.All photos will have my watermark unless the client and photographer agreed otherwise in writing. Removing or cropping watermarks on socials is prohibited. Violating this term will result in a permanent blacklist from future sessions. Exception of banner and/or icon.
When posted online, please credit the photographer.
The client may print photos for personal use. The client may not sell prints or agree to any reproductions without the consent of the photographer. Violating this term will result in a permanent blacklist from future sessions.ART TRADESArt trades must be of the same value of pricing.
Photos for the trade offer will be delivered once the art piece is done.
No AI allowed.
If the client fails to uphold their side of the trade offer, any or all photographs will not be delivered.AI AND DATA USEMy photographs may not be used for AI or sold to third parties for AI use.
If found that said photographs were used for AI and/or sold to third parties for AI use, any future photoshoots with said client will be canceled or rejected.Violating this term will result in a permanent blacklist from future sessions.BOOKING AND PAYMENTThe client agrees to pay the non-refundable deposit of 25% to the photographer to secure the slot .
This does not apply to clients who have paid the full amount upfront.Once a client has submitted the form, I will reach out via preferred method of contact.
Once contacted, client and photographer will agree to a Date and Time slot for photoshoot.
Slots are subjected to change if the client agrees.Payment of remaining balance must be paid by the client prior to receiving photos. If the client fails to pay, the slot either will be canceled or pictures will be forfeited.
If you got this far, please put in the comments and special request the secret password: wowoweewahCANCELLATION AND REFUNDSIf the client cancels within 7 days of the first day of the convention, any deposit paid to the photographer shall be refunded in full.
The deposit will not be refundable after the first day of the convention.CLIENT COMMUNICATION AND MISSED APPOINTMENTSThe client agrees to maintain contact with the photographer through preferred contact method to confirm when arrival at photo location.
If the client is late, the client must communicate. If failure to communicate, I may cancel the photoshoot and the client will forfeit the deposit.If I, the photographer, fails to communicate being late and meet the client at the agreed time slot, the client may reschedule or ask for a refund during the convention.FAILURE TO PERFORMIf I, the photographer, cannot perform this agreement due to events or circumstances outside of my control (weather, illness, or other beyond control of both participants), the photographer shall return any funds paid to the client with no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation also applies in the event the photographic materials are damaged in procession, lost in camera malfunctions, lost in transit, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. In the event that I, the photographer, fails to perform for any other reason. I shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the values of the client’s order.
